In 1976, International Quartz Ltd., (IQL) was established to process quartz crystal into quartz resonators for timing devices. IQL later diversified into finished products and concentrated on telephones, electronic security devices and computers.

In the late 1980’s, the Company consolidated its operations and concentrated on the development and production of premium quality residential and business telephone sets.
