BDCI is a joint venture between CIL and a leading American power tools company established in 1995 to design, develop and manufacture consumer cordless power tools. Its products are sold exclusively to its U.S. partner through a worldwide distribution network.

Since its establishment, the company has developed over 20 models of power tools including drills, screwdrivers, and other accessories. By staying electronically linked to design centers in Europe and the U.S., BDCI has become an integral part of a world-wide design powerhouse bringing state-of-the-art products to meet changing world demands.
